A few moments from our May team retreat 💜

The work of supporting older adults and caregivers is deeply meaningful but it also requires us to slow down, reconnect, and care for ourselves, too.

This retreat gave our team space for reflection, renewal, and simply being present together outside of the day-to-day demands of care work.

Thank you to Repose Yoga for hosting us, Cathy Sullivan of Wellness Together for guiding the experience, and Betsey Salsman of Satya Soul for a restorative sound bath meditation.
