A little clarification. You can choose to do a form 4 still if you want or a 4473 for a suppressor. I am choosing not to do SBR's under 4473's at this time, but can still do them under a form 4 at my shop. SBS's are a NO GO in MN.

For anyone shipping a FFL item in, Please don't have anything shipped from now till October 28th! Shop will be CLOSED Oct 20th to the 29th, so you run the risk of having your items shipped back. Feel free to order anything from the 27th of Oct on.

ATF OPEN LETTER:

"Consequently, effective
October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA
before making or transferring short-barreled ri**es, short-barreled sh****ns, silencers, and “any
other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items
to be registered in the National Fi****ms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply
uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the
litigation."

Starting tomorrow, we will be doing all suppressors under 4473's. Easy button is my Silencer Shop Dealer Page. If you want something let me know and ill see of i can source it. Don't hesitate inventory is flying!

Amongst everyone's projects, I get to do something for myself from time to time. Built myself an Elk r***e and did a little dope verification and group testing at 550 yards the other day. I think it'll work.
