Good food. Great people. Plenty to celebrate!

Our Employee Ownership Month breakfasts at our facilities in New Lisbon, Wisconsin and Carroll, Iowa brought Leer teammates together for pancakes, eggs, sausage, and a chance to enjoy some time with one another.

And while breakfast is always welcome, it's the people who make occasions like these special. From serving up pancakes to recognizing teammates on our Leer Spotlight Wall, it's a reminder of how much we contribute to one another's success.

We're proud of the people who make Leer what it is. And we're even prouder to be building its future together.

New Lisbon is more than where we work. It's a community we're proud to be part of.

Leer is happy to contribute $10,000 toward the New Lisbon Pool Restoration Project and help support a place where local families can make memories for years to come.

We're glad to be part of the effort to bring the pool back to our community!
