Over the past five years, Leata has grown from supporting Facility Billing’s Active OAR to managing a variety of insurance and patient check deposits. Today, she works closely with BHC’s Billing Team, assisting with inquiries, answering calls, and helping ensure clients’ insurance coverage stays up to date.

Congratulations to Sam Calhoun on 5 years with Bellevue Healthcare!

Sam started his journey with BHC as a Delivery Technician before moving into a Customer Service role at our HQ office, where he quickly met and exceeded expectations. From there, he stepped into the role of King County Customer Service Manager, continuing to learn, grow, and lead a dedicated team of Customer Service Representatives.

Conveniently located at 230 Eastland Drive, Unit 3, just off Highway 30, behind the Bowladrome, our new showroom offers a wide selection of mobility and respiratory equipment, as well as a full range of home medical equipment and supplies. The showroom is now open and ready to serve the community!

As Bellevue Healthcare's fourth Idaho location, our Twin Falls branch allows us to better serve individuals and families throughout the Magic Valley by expanding access to the equipment, products, and personalized support they need. Our DT’s are often the face of Bellevue Healthcare in a patient’s home, delivering essential medical equipment, setting it up with care, answering questions, and making sure families feel confident before they leave. Their work takes skill, compassion, patience, and dedication. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they do to help us provide the level of service our customers deserve. We couldn’t do what we do without them!

Congratulations to Ben on his 10 years with Bellevue Healthcare!

Ben started with BHC as a Delivery Technician and soon after began taking on Rehab Tech responsibilities. Once he became a Customer Service Representative, his role evolved into a hybrid of CSR, DT, and Rehab Tech, allowing him to support both our customers and team in many different ways. Ben continues to grow and make a difference where he’s needed.

“Store manager, Jorge Uzcategui, and the rest of management has always made me feel very appreciated for being flexible with my duties. I am happy and grateful to be working with Michele, Samantha, and Emily now as a Rehab Technician.”
