𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐠 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧'𝐬 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲! 🎂

Doug has been a go-to resource on our Pro Sales team and valued member of the MPBS family for over 20 years! He’s one of those people whose years of experience really show, whether he’s problem-solving a tough building situation, helping a contractor get everything he needs for the project, or sharing what he knows with the rest of the team.

We’re lucky to have his knowledge, dependability, and commitment in our corner. Doug, we hope you have a great birthday surrounded by family, friends, and those you love most! Thanks for everything you bring to the team, and for simply being Doug. 🤠 Happy birthday, buddy!

💗 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲, 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭! 💗

As CFO and part owner, Katie has a big hand in a lot of what happens behind the scenes at MPBS. In her 8 years on the team, she’s always looking out for the team, keeping things moving, and helping make MPBS the kind of place we’re proud to be part of!

One of the perks of working in a family business is getting to work alongside her brother, Tyler, which also means plenty of daily banter, jokes, and giving each other a hard time. And when she’s not at work, Katie is a very proud dog mom to her senior pup, Pearl, who makes an appearance in the office once in awhile and is surely our honorary office dog! 🐾

Katie, we’re so thankful to have you as part of the MPBS team and family! Thank you for everything you do, the laughs you bring, and the care you show the people around you, the direction you bring to MPBS, and especially the fun-loving humor you throw towards your brother! Haha.😄

We hope you have a wonderful birthday, you deserve it!

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲! 🎉

A lot of what keeps MPBS looking fresh and running smoothly happens behind the scenes, and Kris is a large part of that. A majority of his 18+ years with MPBS, he’s worked as a Retail Sales Buyer, where he helps bring in new products, purchase new sets, and looks for growth and opportunity to help MPBS better serve our community and their needs.

When he’s not working on the next store project, Kris enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, helping friends with projects, doing a little woodworking, and making time for video games and his love of science fiction and fantasy. We’re lucky to have his experience, creativity, and dedication on our team. Happy birthday, Kris! 👋

🎉 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐚𝐝, 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡!

Kelton has been part of the MPBS family for over four years and has grown tremendously in his skills and abilities during that time! He's become an essential part of our Cabinet Department, taking the lead on cabinet installations almost single-handedly over the past several months.

Here's what our President & CEO, Tyler Garrett, had to say:

“This month’s Employee of the Month is someone who has grown immensely in his talents and abilities since joining the TEAM over four years ago. He has become an absolute rock for the MPBS Cabinet Department. That’s right, I’m talking about the one and only Kelton Saad! Kelton has been running the cabinet installation division almost single-handedly for the last several months and has done so with a smile and a great can-do attitude. Above all, he does a fantastic job, takes tremendous pride in his work, and holds himself to the high standard we strive to meet on every job.

Kelton, I am super proud of you and all that you have done and accomplished during your time here, and I’m so happy to have you on the TEAM. Here’s to everything you’ve accomplished so far and to many more great years ahead with the MPBS TEAM. Keep up the stellar work, stud!”

- Tyler Garrett, President/CEO

👏 Please join us in congratulating Kelton on this well-deserved recognition! Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and everything you bring to the MPBS team!

Local couple 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢 welcomed MPBS into their beautiful home, trusting our design professionals to help bring their 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞. As you can see from the photos, it turned out beautifully! 💕

It’s stories like this that remind us why we love what we do. Helping members of our local community create spaces they’re proud to call home is incredibly rewarding, and this kitchen remodel is a perfect example.

Thank you, Kenton and Gerri, for opening your home to us and greeting our team with such warmth, smiles, and laughter. 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭!

🎂 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞 “𝐓𝐮𝐭𝐭” 𝐓𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲!🎂
For more than 26 years, Tutt has been building relationships with contractors, customers, and coworkers throughout the Palouse. A lot of his work happens beyond the walls of the store, whether he’s visiting a jobsite, checking in on a project, or helping one of our pros find what they need to keep things moving. That kind of experience and familiarity is hard to replace, and we’re fortunate to have had Tutt representing MPBS for so many years. 🛠️

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting out in his sports car whenever he gets the chance. ❤️ Happy birthday, Tutt! We hope you have a great day and know how much we appreciate everything you’ve brought to MPBS over the years.

🎉 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧! 🎉 For more than 14 years, Brian has been a familiar face around MPBS and someone our customers and team know they can count on. As our Commercial Pro Sales & Installed Insulation Manager, he spends his days helping customers, solving problems, and jumping in wherever he’s needed.

Away from work, Brian enjoys time with his family and putting his smoker to good use, which sounds like a pretty great way to spend a day off. Brian, we’re glad to have you on our team and appreciate everything you bring to MPBS. We hope you have a great birthday and get a chance to enjoy the day!
