One of our core values at WGM Group is collaboration—working together, sharing experiences, and supporting future leaders in our communities.

Earlier this month, our staff engineer Karsang Lama brought that value to life at the Engineers Without Borders Mountain Regional Conference! Marking the first time MSU has hosted the conference since 2010, Karsang presented on his inspiring work with the Helambu Health Project, and it was a total hit with the students.

Thank you, Karsang, for sharing your passion and expertise with students and professionals across the region!

Exciting progress in Hamilton this week. Tonix Pharmaceuticals has officially broken ground on its new biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility, marking an exciting milestone for the Bitterroot Valley and Montana’s growing biotechnology industry. There's something special about a project coming full circle.
WGM Group volunteered with Habitat for Humanity of Flathead Valley to help raise walls for homes we'd already supported through our civil engineering work, trading plan sets for tool belts for the day.
Community is one of our core values, and this was a great reminder that strong communities take people showing up, not just plans on paper.
Grateful to have been part of it.
