Where We Came From: Founded in 1984, Clarence Richard started out as a sole proprietor, a sole employee. He found it important to his new customers that knew they were doing business on a personal level. These people are still friends today and they know we will be here tomorrow. We remain headquartered outside the Minneapolis metro area, taking advantage of the t
hriving, technical industrial community. Engineering and assembly is done in Fargo, ND, just around the corner from manufacturing. At a younger age, Clarence Richard developed a passion to perfect and provide industrial control systems, to include the human element. The 50 year journey yielded a large array of new, continuous weigh solutions to include operation and electro-mechanical personnel web-based training. Countless hours have been spent in the field working processes, especially the asphalt mix process used to build roads around the country. It was here that it became clear that quality control was being compromised by poor instrumentation or no instrumentation at all. It was also obvious that the personnel running these processes, misunderstood how the processes worked. A good market was going untapped for training and instrumentation and we were pumped to address it. Some consumers had poor options to keep their equipment running and their people trained. What We Do: Forty years of working asphalt mix plants allowed Clarence the opportunity to automate the process from one end to the other. The synergy developed when optimizing personnel to the system reaps benefits that would otherwise be wasted. We present you with Ez-Flo Continuous Weighing, Tonka Bay Liquid Level Controllers, Plant-Safety-Electro-Mechanical Web- Based Training. EZ Flo Weighing manufactures and sells Impact Flow Meters, Custom Process Control Equipment (feeders, bulk powder silos and more), Engineering, and Web-Based Training (Electro-Mechanical, Plant Operation, Safety). Our customers have requirements to continuously weigh materials into processes for batching, blending, production rate control and loadout applications. Dry pellets and powder materials pass through our scales. Our application department works out solutions when material is wet. We have wide selection of continuous weighing devices available as standard equipment designed for special applications, just like yours. Every time we develop a custom scale, we can add that to our standard equipment list
