Recycling Today for a Greener Tomorrow! Ace Grease Service, Inc., has been family owned and operated since 1993.

AGS started with a single truck and now services the greater Midwest with a fleet of state-of-the-art trucks and equipment. AGS collects used cooking oil and cleans grease traps from restaurants, hotels, hospitals, penal institutions and large food manufacturing plants. AGS then processes and recycles the raw material into valuable products that are used to create plastics, soaps, livestock feed and biodiesel fuel. Customers can rely on AGS for quick, clean and professional collection and disposal of their used cooking oil and grease. Whether you are a national chain or family-owned restaurant, AGS will customize a service plan that meets your business needs. AGS drivers are uniform and attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. AGS's collection trucks run at night to ensure minimal disruptions for your business and customers, and operators are available to handle emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week. AGS will continually strive for "a greener tomorrow" by using cutting-edge technology and creating environmentally-friendly initiatives. AGS is committed to customer service and has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

The holidays hit your grease trap before they hit your dining room.

Every party tray, catering order, and extra basket of fries sends more grease down the drain. Fall and early winter bring more grease trouble than any other time of year. Thanksgiving is Nov 26, so the time to get ahead of it is now, not after the first backup.

You take the reservations. We'll take the grease. Ace pumps, scrapes and cleans the whole trap and sends you the before/after photos.

To every kitchen on our routes: you’re doing more than you get credit for. ❤️
Every container you fill keeps grease out of sewers and storm drains, and every gallon we haul becomes biodiesel that burns cleaner than petroleum diesel. Same oil, second life. You cook. We haul. The Midwest runs a little cleaner because of it.

Carving pumpkins this week? Then you already know the feeling. Elbow-deep in something cold and stringy, with a smell you can’t quite place. Welcome to our Tuesday. 🎃 You take the pumpkin guts; we’ll take the grease traps. Fair trade? Show us your best jack-o’-lantern below.

Everyone’s chasing pumpkin spice this week. We’re chasing the fryer. 🎃 That golden oil your kitchen goes through every day? We pick it up, haul it off, and turn it into biodiesel that keeps trucks moving. Happy National Pumpkin Day.

Yesterday was Greasy Food Day. Not salads. Not smoothies. GREASY FOOD. 🍔🍟 This is our Super Bowl, our prom, our New Year all in one. Today we salute the onion ring, the fried pickle, the late-night tender — and the kitchens brave enough to fry them. Celebrate responsibly. We know a guy for the aftermath.

Long drives are kind of our thing. Our trucks rack up plenty of them every week. 🚛⛳
On Wednesday our Memphis reps got to play and watch some big swings at the Longest Drive hole at the Thomas Boggs Memorial Golf Tournament. Thanks to Restaurant Association for a great day! Here’s to the people who keep this city fed.

Did you know your used cooking oil is worth cash?

That oil out back gets recycled into renewable fuel, which means it has value. Your value.

Ace Grease picks it up, tracks every gallon, and mails you a rebate check. Most kitchens pay $0 for the container and the pickup.

Stop giving it away.

Stolen oil is a stolen payment. Grateful to this customer Big Daddy's Bar & Grill - Soulard for putting it on camera. If your tank has no lock and no pickup log, let’s fix that.

Ace Grease started with one truck and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing.

33 years later, we've got a lot more trucks. The phone still doesn't stop ringing. And the boss? He will still answer it.

That's not a slogan. It's how a family business gets built: one call, one customer, one promise kept at a time.

Happy Boss's Day to the guy who built all of this. Thanks for showing us what showing up looks like.

Manufacturing Day usually spotlights assembly lines. Ours starts at the back door of your restaurant. Raw used cooking oil is rendered — heated, separated, filtered — into refined yellow grease, a feedstock for biodiesel and dozens of industrial products. It is heavy industry doing quiet, essential work: turning a disposal cost into a commodity.
