Depot Square Hardware is Hiring!!!
Locally owned and in the heart of Mechanic Falls - Depot Square Hardware & Variety is looking to add the right individual to our team. They should have great customer service skills, willingness and ability to learn new tasks, be self-motivated and assist with daily store operations.

Must be over 18 years of age. Available between the hours of 7am- 530pm, and must be able to lift 50 pounds. This is a part time position averaging 25-35 hours per week
The right individual will be trained in services we provide such as propane filling, glass/ screen and key cutting, animal tagging and much more.

Pay will be based on experience, starting at $20hr +
Employee discount and Earned paid time off after 3 month service.

Responsibilities
*Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
*Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely ex*****on
*Train and develop new team members to company standard
*Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
*Motivate staff while working towards one goal
Qualifications
*Outgoing and engaging personality
*Strong communication and listening skills
*Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently

Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus

We are located on 9 Depot Square. Our ideal candidates are self-starters, motivated, and hard-working. These positions are afternoons shifts including weekends.
