From retail to education, we’re putting our experience to work in new ways. 🎓

Our first educational project brought new challenges, from designing age-appropriate spaces and classrooms filled with natural light to navigating the specific codes and standards that come with K-8 facilities. The result is a thoughtful environment designed to support students, teachers and the way they learn.

We’re proud of what our team brought to this project and the impact this space will have on the students who use it.

When the mall closes, the scanning begins. Our Construction Administration team recently spent the overnight hours at The Mall at Wellington Green capturing a comprehensive Matterport scan to help verify the property's Gross Leasable Area (GLA).

Scanning after hours provides uninterrupted data collection and an accurate digital representation of the space, supporting planning for a prospective new tenant. From retail centers to mixed-use developments, we deliver the data clients need, whenever it's needed.
