ISCO stumbled upon this vintage photo of the "Louisville Municipal Bridge" which was completed in 1929. The photo also includes the Belknap Hardware and Manufacturing Building which was built in 1923 and known as the "the largest single-unit hardware plant in the world. . . ." at the time. In the heart of downtown Louisville and now home to ISCO, you may have also seen them both in the opening scenes of the 1981 movie Stripes starring Bill Murray. That's a fact Jack!

Monday marked the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at our new Riverport Distribution Center. The 110,00 square foot facility helps ISCO meet the rising customers demands for high-density polyethylene (HDPE) piping products, and is another investment in our people and home of Louisville, Kentucky. Thank you to Governor Andy Beshear for his special message, Louisville Mayor Craig Greenburg's presence and proclamation, District 14 Councilwoman Crystal Bast and all that joined the festivities.

When you come out to Hurstbourne Country Club this weekend, be sure to grab a photo in a cross-section of a stick of 120-inch HDPE pipe at the shuttle drop-off site, and grab a free cooling towel and water bottle courtesy of ISCO at the hydration station by the clubhouse.
