Chrisman Manufacturing Inc. is hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department and help keep our customers and technicians moving forward.
Since 1987, Chrisman Manufacturing has been building reliable, user-friendly truck-mounted forklifts through our Navigator brand. We’re looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to quality to our growing service team.
As Service Manager, you will:
• Supervise and support our team of technicians
• Coordinate daily shop workflow and repair operations
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
• Work closely with our parts team to ensure needed materials are available
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Manage repair orders and warranty documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment
What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead technician experience preferred
• Experience working in a shop environment
• Basic mechanical tools
• Microsoft Office and maintenance system experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in the United States
