Structural Panels GCT

Structural Panels GCT FBC High Wind Approval Code (HWAC): FL30050-R3. Our structural panels provide cost efficient solutions for commercial, industrial and residential applications.

High-quality panels with galvanized steel wire mesh that create a solid, energy-efficient and durable construction system for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. A structure built with the GCT system is resistant to hurricane, tornado, earthquake, termites, mold and bugs. GCT insulated structural elements are manufactured with and EPS core for insulation and reinfordec with a galvani

zed steel meshwork and galvanized steel mesh. Pur system may be used for load-bearing walls, partitions, floors, roofs, stairs and other structural elements. Once installed, the GCT system is covered with a high strength Mortar. We recommend GCT Mortar products and M-Tec equipment for application process. The “envelope” or “shell” of a home—its outer walls, ceiling, windows, doors, and floors—is often the most cost effective way to improve energy efficiency and comfort. GCT insulated concrete structural components Techinical Report is available to assist with Code Compliance.

Precision in Design, Excellence in Ex*****on 📐🏗️

Behind every great machine at the GCT plant is a mountain of data, complex math, and strategic planning. Our Plant Manager is currently finalizing the custom blueprints for our newest installation—designs he personally developed in AutoCAD specifically for GCT’s unique production needs.

As he says: "Everything starts with planning and configuration, but a well-planned and executed project means success."

These aren't just standard plans; they are unique, custom-made blueprints designed to push the boundaries of what our SCIP system can do. We don't just buy the future; we engineer it.

When evaluating building materials, the key question is the life cycle.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is made of 98% air, requires limited raw material, and is fully recyclable. But its real environmental value comes from performance.

As a high-efficiency insulation material, EPS significantly reduces the energy needed to heat and cool buildings throughout their lifespan.

Within the EMMEDUE building system, EPS panels combine thermal efficiency, durability and safety, helping deliver buildings designed for long-term sustainability.

Smart materials for smarter construction.

Double-checking the heartbeat of the plant. 🏗️

A little throwback to two weeks ago! Before we go into full production, we had to run another round of testing on the new EPS block maker.

Watching the power sequence move from the main breaker to the secondary systems is pure beauty. She’s ready to work, and we’re ready to deliver.

Important tips to understand the SCIP System!

Cracks in walls? Quick tips to understand them.

Most cracks are non-structural — and often avoidable.
Here’s what to check:

✔️ Panel installation
Missing or interrupted mesh in critical areas can create stress points.
✔️ Mix balance
Too much water or cement = higher risk of shrinkage and cracks.
✔️ Application timing
Incorrect layering or delays between coats can lead to surface defects.
✔️ Curing conditions

Wind, sun, and fast drying can compromise the final result.

👉 Key point:
These cracks do not affect structural performance,
but they can impact durability and aesthetics.

Build right. Apply correctly. Avoid the problem.

🔧 Sometimes things don't arrive the way they should.

When our new block maker was delivered, the main distribution harness had been cut during transport. Every wire. Gone.

So what do you do? You roll up your sleeves, strip every wire, color-code them, and reconnect every single motor — one by one.

That's exactly what Engineer Jaime is doing👷👷🏗 at GCT. No shortcuts. No complaints. Just the work.

Thankful for every class, every lesson, every moment that prepared us for days like this.

Standing since 1709. Still growing. 🌳

This oak tree has been here for over 300 years — and it's exactly the kind of beauty that SCIP technology is built to protect.

At GCT, we believe in protecting nature just as much as we protect you from it. That's the mission. That's the work.

🌍 Happy Earth Day. Let's keep this planet growing strong.
