This project was an 85,000 sf production expansion designed and built by Denham-Blythe. This was for a big carbon nanotube dispersion supplier in the lithium-ion battery market. Explosion prevention ventilation and emergency power systems were of course implemented in this build along with a 60,000 gallon containment tank farm, many square feet of equipment platforms, clean rooms, labs, offices and more

This Week’s Highlight: TTAI Warehouse Expansion

This Week’s Highlight is a 62,000 SF warehouse expansion that is currently in construction at Toyotetsu America in Somerset. Being designed and built by Denham-Blythe, this addition will give much needed space to the existing facility to support further growth of the company. We’ve worked with TTAI for 3 decades now and are looking forward to continue partnering with them in the future.

This Week’s Highlight: Link-Belt Cranes Building Expansion

This project is one from the archives! This building expansion was built by Denham-Blythe in 1988. This location still serves as the headquarters for the company today after 50 years. In the late 1800’s when William Ewart patented his link-belt chain and founded the Link-Belt Machinery and Engineering Company, no one yet knew the impact it would make on the industry. This design was used as the foundation for all types of power transmission machinery in the coming years. Now, over one hundred years later, they are still a leading dealer in all kinds of construction equipment. It’s always been a pleasure working with Link-Belt throughout the years and being a part of their history is something we look back on with great fondness.
