Members of our leadership team and staff recently had the opportunity to sit down with KCTCS President, Dr. Ryan Quarles, Dr. Erin Tipton, and Tanelle Sawyer to discuss the future of the HVAC industry and the critical role workforce development and career preparation plays in its continued success.

As the demand for skilled HVAC professionals continues to grow, conversations like these are more important than ever. We explored the technical and professional skills students need to be successful from day one, including hands-on training, emerging technologies, problem-solving, and real-world industry exposure.
