Payton’s is hiring! Looking for someone with previous retail/home improvement experience to join our team. Starting at 28-32 hours per week with the potential for full-time employment after 6 months for the right candidate!

Duties:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products for their projects.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise.
Assist with inventory counting and store resets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills.
Basic math and computer skills for cash register use.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds.
Past hardware or home improvement experience a plus.
