This custom Santa Maria grill is 90% complete. All that's left is the drip pan and the cable system to raise and lower the grill grate. After that, it's headed to paint and final assembly.

Getting closer to completion on this custom Santa Maria grill! 🔥

The cooking surface is now in place with steel rod grates and V-groove stainless steel grates, designed for durability, heat control, and serious grilling performance. We still have the drip pan and a few finishing details to add, but it's coming together nicely.
