My buddy and I started this business as a side gig. Our kids keep talking about wanting to go to Disney world. We told them we would take them, but they needed to help earn the money. It has turned out to be a fun thing to do while bonding with our families and teaching them the values of working hard for what they want. We collect any kind of metal, aluminum, brass, copper, cans, wiring, plugs and electrical. We can even take some old furniture off your hands because our wives have started refurnishing furniture.
