Join fellow engineers for An Evening on Main Street on Thursday June 11 as a part of the 2026 Annual Convention! MSPE will be hosting a reception at the Grand Opera House Banquet Center at 311 N. Main Street in historic St. Charles. Great venue, great company, and a chance to explore one of Missouri's most iconic downtown districts!

The event runs 5:30–8:30 p.m. and is included with full convention registration.

Executive Director Travis Lowe presented each graduate with a plaque recognizing their commitment to the program. These engineers spent three two-day sessions together building leadership skills, expanding their networks, and learning from some of the best in the field.

The Government Engineers Leadership Program is in session! Yesterday, Britt Smith kicked things off with an ethics session for the inaugural GELP cohort, followed by a panel session led by Bob Gilbert, Shawna Erter, and Jeff Lackey.

GELP is a joint MSPE/KSPE program built specifically for engineers in the government sector. Sessions cover leadership, government affairs, people management, and professional ethics. All sessions are taught by experienced practitioners in the field.

A huge thank you to HNTB for sponsoring and hosting! We're grateful for their support of this program and the profession.
