UPDATE/RESOLVED: Service has been restored. There was a power outage due to a tree limb hitting a power line. For safety power was temporarily shut down.

May 5th - The Osage Bend, St Elizabeth, Henley, and surrounding areas are currently experiencing outages due to a tower issue. A technician is onsite and actively working to resolve the issue. An update will be provided as soon as one is available. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

RESOLVED 5/7: Tower equipment and been replaced. All links have been repaired and service should be fully restored. If you experience connection issues, please try rebooting your equipment, if it continues not to work call us to have a ticket opened and a technician research. Thank you for your patience during this restoration.

3:30p UPDATE: Over half of the equipment has been replaced and only 5 more radios to go. Technicians continue to actively work replacing equipment. ETA for service to be fully restored to all subscribers in the area is 7p.

11:30a UPDATE: Tower technicians continue to work on replacing equipment and wiring. 35% of the tower has been fixed; however, it will take 1-4 more hours to completely restore.

UPDATE: Tower technicians are currently working on repairing damaged tower and electric. Current ETA for completion is 12p today. Updates will be provided when known. Thank you.

Monday, May 4th - Belle, Owensville, and surrounding areas: A priority tower was struck by lightning this afternoon during a thunderstorm. We are actively working to repair the tower and electric.We appreciate your patience and understanding while we safely work to repair the damaged equipment and materials.
