These warmer days are the perfect time to inspect your building and complete routine maintenance to keep it performing at its best. A quick seasonal inspection can help catch small issues before they turn into costly repairs.

• Inspect roof and wall panels for damage or loose fasteners
• Clean gutters and downspouts
• Check sealants around doors, windows, and roof penetrations
• Inspect foundation and drainage around the building
