We've been asked several times for a double boiler and finally found a great option that doesn't in involve buying a whole new set of pans! This chocolate melting pot sits over any pan of simmering water, allowing it to gently melt without the risk of scorching!

This - plus chocolate to melt in it - available at Harvey's Monday - Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-3.

We just got a delivery of maple cutting boards from Scotsman and Co! (That's the woodworking company from Erin and Ben Napier's Home Town.). These beautiful, USA-made cutting boards will last a lifetime with proper care and you don't have to worry about plastic chunks ending up in your food.

We've had some raving fans of Rada cutlery ask to see these at Harvey's and we finally delivered! Rada knives are made in the USA and are loved for their lightweight nimbleness. Many are priced at $15 or less!

We continue to carry Mercer Culinary for larger knives if you are in the market for a high-quality chef's knife.

"I had no idea anyone sold this locally!" That's what we heard from a customer who stumbled across pancetta (a cured Italian bacon) in our cooler. You just never know what you're going to find at Harvey's!

We love sourcing gourmet foods and seeing there's an audience for them. It sounds simple, but when you see something you want us to keep stocking, please buy it so we know it's worth stocking. We love to hear what gourmet foods you'd like to buy locally, so please comment or message with more ideas!
