Russells Technical Products recently received a very thoughtful thank you letter from our customer recognizing the outstanding work completed by our team on their project which included three environmental test chambers.

They specifically highlighted the exceptional support provided by Shawn M, Application Engineer, and the speed at which we were able to deliver. We want to congratulate Shawn and thank everyone involved for representing RTP so well.

What makes this project especially meaningful is the impact behind the work we do every day.

The systems and technologies our customers develop help support critical defense and aerospace efforts that protect our country and the people who serve it. The environmental test chambers we design and build play an important role in making sure these technologies can perform reliably in some of the harshest conditions imaginable.

In the letter we received, our customer wrote "Your equipment will directly support the defense of the U.S. and its allies against drone & missile threats".

While we may not always see the final application firsthand, our craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail directly support industries that help keep Americans safe.

That is something every employee at RTP should be proud of.
Projects like this are a reminder that the work completed in our offices, shop floors, engineering departments, and field operations truly matters. Every person contributes to the final product, and every detail matters. Our customers trust us because of the ownership, adaptability, teamwork, service, and dedication our employees demonstrate every day.

Thank you for the pride you take in your work and for continuing to represent RTP with excellence. The impact of what we build reaches far beyond our walls, and accomplishments like this reflect the strength of our entire team.

Congratulations to our Quality Assurance and Shipping Department on being awarded the Golden Hard Hat Award for Quarter 1 of 2026.

This award Celebrates:
-Consistently safe work habits
-Clean and organized work areas
-Attention to potential hazards
-Employee involvement and accountability for safety

This Team received a perfect scoare on the safety audit for Quarter 1 and has made huge strides in safety and organization in their area. Great job Dawn, Jake, and Claud!
