I attended a wedding last Friday in Montana for my best friend's daughter, Jadyn and her husband Trent. It was an absolutely beautiful wedding although a bit cold. I think the high was 15 degrees that day.

I had the privilege and honor of making this custom cake topper using acrylic and wood, layered to give it depth and a warm, rustic feel. Paired with a hand textured cake, a hand-drawn heart with initials, and the sweetest little details, it was the perfect finishing touch to add to their perfect day. It was finished off with pinecones, soft blush roses, and baby’s breath for a romantic, nature-inspired vibe.

The venue itself is gorgeous and she couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate their special day!

🎉 Happy New Year! 🎉 Welcome 2026!

✨️What a year it has been! I got really busy over the holidays and never really had the chance to get anything posted. It wasn't intentional but life just happened 🤷‍♀️ Sometimes we need to live in the moment and be present with our families and friends. Not worry about social media and all the chaos.

✨️This welcome wreath is just one of the custom metal signs I got to create and it will be added to my Etsy shop here soon.

✨️Going to into the new year, I have many new designs that I am working on. We have also added something new to our shop and I can't wait to share it with you! All these ideas that I have had, will now be much easier to do! It's a bit scary and I have to learn so much but it's going to be worth it!

And no, I cannot create anything with the Grinch~ He is trademarked and copyrighted by the Dr. Seuss company...so that means no metal grinches and no grinch ornaments even fan art ones. I've had a few people ask and I have to say no unfortunately. This also includes many other designs such as Disney, etc. But I can use your own designs and ideas, company logos etc.

Last week, we spent time in the mountains of eastern Idaho hunting. We saw quite a few elk and were on some nice bulls but didn't get one. We did see a few elk calves on the road a couple of times. I wasn't hunting, so I enjoyed taking some photos of the scenery. The leaves were starting to change, and it was just nice to be out in the mountains away from it all. We will go back in November and hopefully get an elk then.

If you listen closely to the last video, you can hear the elk bugle. It's pretty cool to be surrounded by the elk and listen to them bugle and cow call.

This ornament is one of my favorites and is one of the biggest sellers for Christmas. It represents what I love about Idaho. You can get one in our Etsy shop at the link in my profile. (Coming soon: these will be able to be personalized. I have a new machine coming and can't wait for it!!)
