Welder
A welder is a skilled professional who joins, repairs, and fabricates metal components using various welding techniques while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Welder/Helper
A welder/helper assists skilled welders by preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment to support efficient welding operations.
Fabrication/metal band saw, punch metal cutting machine operator A Fabrication Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery to transform raw material into finished products, ensuring quality and safety throughout the production process.
Spray painter
A spray painter applies paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces using spray equipment, ensuring high-quality results while following safety and technical specifications.
Material handler
A Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials efficiently within a warehouse or production environment while adhering to production and safety protocols.
General Laborer
A general laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support construction, manufacturing, maintenance operations, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring work sites are safe and organized.
All positions work in a shop, inside and outside and may be performing duties at a construction zone.
We will train for any of these positions, regardless of your experience.
You’ll have the opportunity to move up or into another skill. Cross-training is highly encouraged.
