Happy work anniversary to Chris Fisher! 🎉

Chris is a Senior Construction Technician in our Helena office and has been an integral part of the RPA team for the last 8 years. Chris shared that “as an inspector, I really enjoy finding solutions as problems arise to help our clients operate their systems efficiently. Over the past couple of years, I helped troubleshoot a chlorine analyzer system that wasn’t operating as expected. There was a lot of trial and error but also research and testing that was needed. I found out that the expectations may have been a bit high and I was able to understand the system better, which allowed me to assist the city workers in learning their plant.”

When he’s not in the office, Chris enjoys being outside. “Whether it’s hiking with my wife, playing sports with the kids, or hunting elk, I love the outdoors.”

Happy work anniversary to Ryan Mitchell! 🎉

Ryan is celebrating an incredible 27 years with RPA! As our Vice President of Business Management based in the Kalispell office, he plays a key role in our team’s success. Reflecting on the past year, Ryan shared a highlight: “Last year we kicked off the Yellowstone National Park Employee Housing Project with a multi-day site visit with the entire team. It was great to have all the team members on the site visits, including our designers, engineers, drafters, surveyor and landscape architect. Even though we worked long days, we had lots of fun and it was great spending quality time with the team.”

When he’s not at work, Ryan enjoys quality time with his family. Boating in the summer and supporting his daughters at their high school volleyball, basketball, and lacrosse games during the school year are just a few of his favorite activities.

James brings six years of experience specializing in the design of bridges and structures, making him a fantastic addition to our growing team. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, James graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo College of Engineering. Outside of the office, James enjoys various outdoor hobbies and spending time with his wife and two Australian Shepherds.

Happy work anniversary to Shane Forsythe! 🎉

Shane is celebrating 12 years with RPA as part of our Transportation Planning and Operations Group. One standout moment from the past year:
“During a drive to Boise for fieldwork, a deer suddenly jumped in front of the car, and I learned how well the Highlanders can brake! I missed the deer and some of the equipment in the back almost hit Scott in the passenger seat.”

When he’s not at work, Shane enjoys spending time outdoors. Climbing, biking, and hockey top the list, and he’s also been a dedicated board member of the Helena Climbers Coalition for the past four years.
