🌟 Welcome Back, Kelly Dorsi! 🌟

We are excited to announce that Kelly Dorsi has rejoined Bison Engineering as our new Ambient Team Director in May 2026.

Many of our clients, partners, and colleagues may remember Kelly from her previous time with Bison, where she contributed significantly from 2015 to 2021. Over the past five years, she has continued to build an impressive career with the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, most recently serving as Air Research & Monitoring Section Supervisor.

Kelly holds a Ph.D. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science and brings a unique combination of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing air quality science. Her experience and passion make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team.

NSPS Subpart KKKKa Is Here: Are You Ready?

Last month, Bison Engineering team members stepped away from our desks and came together for our biennial employee retreat called Base Camp. Employees gathered in Helena, Montana from all office and remote locations.

The retreat was a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate accomplishments, align our vision for the future, and enjoy some well-deserved time together outside of our day-to-day projects. From team-building activities and strategic discussions to plenty of laughs along the way, the event reinforced what makes Bison Engineering successful—our people.
