🚧🔥 60 FEET OF SEAWALL IN AN HOUR AND A HALF! THESE BOYS ARE ON A ROLL! 💪⚓️

Another JAM-UP morning here in Perdido Beach, Alabama! 🌊

We’re back at it on our 200-foot vinyl C-wall project, and the crew wasted absolutely NO TIME getting after it this morning!

60 LINEAR FEET OF SHEETS INSTALLED IN JUST 90 MINUTES! 🔥

We’ve officially made it around the corner, and now we’re double-teaming this wall to get it knocked out!

🔨 HERE’S THE GAME PLAN:

In just a little while, we’ll have THREE guys working on the deadman and tie-back system, while another THREE guys continue driving seawall sheets!

Two crews, two different phases of construction, all working toward the same goal — getting this wall finished efficiently without compromising the quality of our work!

We’re also preparing to tie into the neighboring seawall, creating a continuous connection to help stabilize and protect both properties’ shorelines.

That’s something we take seriously. A seawall isn’t just about protecting what’s directly behind it. It’s about understanding how the entire shoreline works together and making sure our construction doesn’t leave neighboring banks vulnerable.

💪 THE GUYS HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY HANDLING BUSINESS!

Everybody knows their role, the process is running smoothly, and we’re making some serious headway!

👀 NOW THE QUESTION IS… CAN WE GET THIS WALL FINISHED TODAY?

That’s the goal, and if this morning’s production is any indication, we’re looking at another GREAT day on the water!

🚧 6–7 SEAWALL SHEETS IN 10 MINUTES?! NOW THAT’S A CREW WORKING TOGETHER! 💪🔥

We’re back at it in Perdido Beach, Alabama, making some serious progress on this 200-foot vinyl seawall project! 🌊⚓️

Today we’re driving 10-foot vinyl C-wall sheets with a 4-foot freeboard, and let me tell y’all, we’ve got an absolutely JAM-UP process going!

Everybody has a job, everybody knows their role, and these boys are making it look EASY! 🔨

💪 HERE’S HOW WE’VE GOT IT ROLLING:

🔹 Jacob — Slinging sheets and keeping the installation moving!

🔹 Christian — Watching plumb and making sure everything stays straight and true!

🔹 Aaron — Guiding each sheet into position for a smooth installation!

🔹 Rhett — Running the jet pipe and helping those sheets get down where they need to be!

🔹 Chris — Running the 75G excavator, working ahead of the crew to remove rocks, debris, and anything else that could slow us down!

And that last part is a BIG deal. Having Chris out front clearing the way means that when the rest of the crew gets there, they’re ready to KEEP MOVING instead of stopping to deal with obstacles.

That’s what good teamwork and a solid game plan look like!

🔥 At the moment, we’re averaging roughly 6–7 sheets every 10 minutes!

That’s some serious production, especially considering the conditions we’re working in!

We’re extremely proud of how well these guys are communicating, working together, and keeping this project moving without sacrificing quality.

🚧 8 MASSIVE HOUSE PILINGS. 2 HARDWORKING GUYS. ONE JOB WELL DONE! 💪🔥

Another jam-up job in the books for Gulf Coast Dock Masters! ⚓️

Our crew just wrapped up driving (8) 10” x 10” x 28’ timber house pilings in Gulf Shores for Mr. Ed with E&C Custom Homes!

And we’ve got some well-deserved shoutouts to give on this one! 👏

🔨 FIRST UP — JACOB & CHRIS!

These two were absolute HAMMERS! From mobilization to driving the final piling, they knocked this entire job out in approximately a day and a quarter to a day and a half!

We couldn’t be prouder of the work ethic, efficiency, and dedication these guys bring to the table. When you’ve got good people who take pride in what they do, it shows!

🚧 FROM A DUMPING GROUND TO A WATERFRONT BUILT TO LAST GENERATIONS! 🌊⚓️

200 FEET OF NEW SEAWALL COMING TO ALABAMA! 💪

For the past several years, this area — better known as “The Hole” — has been used for little more than a dumping ground. With a new property owner and a fresh vision, that’s all about to change!

Our crew at Gulf Coast Dock Masters is taking on the challenge of transforming this neglected waterfront into something the homeowner can be proud of for generations to come.

🔨 HERE’S WHAT WE’VE GOT PLANNED:

✅ Approximately 200 linear feet of vinyl C-wall seawall

✅ 10-foot vinyl sheets for the new seawall system

✅ 16-foot Navy-style stop pilings installed in front of the wall to provide additional support and help prevent the bottom of the seawall from kicking out

✅ Removal of the majority of the deteriorated timber seawall

✅ Cleanup and restoration of an area that’s been neglected for years

RIGHT NOW? WE’RE CLEANING UP “THE HOLE!” 🚜

Our crew is clearing debris, removing the old timber wall, and preparing the site for the new construction.

This isn’t just about installing another seawall. It’s about protecting a homeowner’s investment, reclaiming valuable waterfront property, and building something designed to stand the test of time.

🚨 SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO TEAR IT DOWN TO BUILD IT RIGHT! 🔨🌊

👀 And trust us… you’re going to want to see how this one turns out!

We took over this waterfront project halfway through construction after another contractor had already completed a significant portion of the work.

Unfortunately, what we found didn’t meet the standards of quality and workmanship we expect from a marine structure.

Our solution? Tear out the unacceptable work and start fresh. 💪⚓️

Our crew went back to the drawing board, rebuilding the necessary framing and installing new open-grid decking to give this homeowner the quality waterfront structure they deserve.

At Gulf Coast Dock Masters, we’re not interested in putting our name on something that doesn’t meet our standards. We believe in doing things right, even when that means taking a few steps backward before moving forward.

We’ve still got work to do, and we’re saving the best for the final reveal!
