Roger joined VHF to help streamline our sales process, strengthen team efficiency, and support the continued growth of our company. With decades of entrepreneurial and coaching experience, he brings a unique perspective that’s already making an impact.

From 1991 to 2012, Roger started and successfully operated three businesses before transitioning into business coaching with RLS Inc. By 2017, Roger and RLS Inc. were recognized as the #1 business coach franchise in North America, having coached more than 100 businesses throughout the Des Moines area, along with international coaching work in Haiti, South Africa, and the UK.

Outside of work, Roger enjoys golfing, traveling, and participating in mission trips.
