Our Production Team is responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment throughout our plants and warehouses. Job duties involve assembling and checking product parts, ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly, preparing items for distribution and assisting in the shipment of items.
Production Team responsibilities and duties
• Feed raw materials into production machinery
• Assemble goods on production lines
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store products and raw materials properly
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
• Maintain work areas and equipment
Production Team capabilities
• Able to pass drug screening
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation

Able to read and comprehend manufacturing planning and instruction.
Must be able to use mathematics relevant to welding functions.
Requires familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments and has good manual dexterity.
Knows when to stop and ask for clarification.
Knowledgeable with various equipment and how it properly functions.
Excellent communication skills.
