We are looking for full time employment. Counter help which includes but not limited to: assisting customers, stocking shelves, managerial duties, checking in freight, stocking shelves and checking inventory. Must be able to lift 50LBS. We hate to post this, but our door greeter has passed over the Rainbow Bridge. He had a good 8 years greeting customers and enjoying the candy machine. He is at peace now and will forever be missed. I saw a quote that said, "A dog isn't our whole world, but we a a dog's whole world." He touched a lot of lives, and was a one of a kind. There will never be another Sir Napa Beagle Jackson Taylor. We believe all dogs go to Heaven and know we will be reunited one day. Fly high Beagle Jack, I'm sure your floppy ears got you there just in time.

Standout Sophomore: William Bishop, sophomore from Girard High School, threw 57’ 8” in the shot put in his home meet on Friday in Girard. It was one week after breaking school record at 54’ 4”. It is the best sophomore throw in Kansas and 7th best throw in any class of Kansas. 3A shot put is absolutely loaded with four of the top 7 throws in the state coming from the class. It is also the seventh best sophomore throw in the United States for 2025.
