This NYC property didn’t need a new canopy. It needed a smarter solution.

When Algin Management contacted us, the existing entrance canopy was structurally sound, but the fabric was faded, worn, and making the property’s entrance look dated.

Instead of recommending a complete replacement, we helped them extend the life of the existing structure by recovering the canopy with new fabric on the top, bottom, and end panels, updating the lighting, and refreshing the building identification.

The result is a cleaner, brighter, more welcoming entrance that improves curb appeal and creates a better first impression for residents and visitors without the cost of rebuilding the entire canopy.

Sometimes the best solution isn’t replacing what’s there. It’s maximizing the value of the investment you already have.

One of the challenges Franklin Towne Charter School faced was improving campus visibility while creating a better way to communicate important information to students, parents, and visitors.

Our solution combined a new building sign with a digital LED message center, giving the school a stronger presence and the ability to share announcements, events, and updates in real time.

Nothing better than when a client comes back for another project. That’s when you know the work spoke for itself the first time around.

This one came together fast for a pop up shop opening, and the team went straight into production mode. Custom dimensional letters, clean layout work, precise install patterns, and everyone in the shop pushing to hit the deadline.
