We’re hiring! 📢 SCE is growing and looking for a detail-oriented Structural Engineer / Designer to join our team!

We’re seeking a skilled professional to lead basic structural design tasks under minimal direction for a variety of projects, including low-rise buildings, retaining walls, utility structures, and sign structures. In this role, you’ll calculate gravity and lateral loads (ASCE 7 & IBC), design with key materials (wood, steel, concrete, and masonry), build structural analysis models, and create complete construction documents. You’ll also conduct site visits, review shop drawings, and provide technical guidance to ensure work conforms to design specs and applicable codes.
