As most people have noticed, the endless rain has really made an impact on work in all forms, not just the “dock guys”. On top of high water and daily rain, the abrupt storms with high winds are adding to the problems. With some customers docks being so close to the water because they are unable to raise it due to design and not being anchored to the ground because they were sold a dock on just pads, we are now seeing even more damage from the waves caused by these storms. With that said, all crews are grinding sun up to sun down 6-7 days a week to keep up with rain days and now added storm damage repairs/emergency services. Cross your fingers, toes and everything else, say a prayer, do a dance or make a wish that dry days are ahead!
In the meantime if you are experiencing storm damage or need to replace a dock that keeps getting moved by the high water, give us a call!
Also if you look closely in one of the pictures you can see a section of dock over 100ft from where it should be 😬

The rain has finally let up long enough that we could take some pictures of just a few of the many new jobs that have already went in this week!
As we finally start to see some warm days and sunny skies, it gives the crews a little more to look forward to as they have been working sun up to sun down 6-7 days a week through endless rain and miserably cold days just to stay on pace.

These winds are so strong it’s pushing over 8k hydraulic lifts that don’t even have canopy vinyls on 😳

While the crews are out doing installs, it looks like they may be doing some storm damage calls as well.

We were able to knock out all of Silver Spray Sports, Inc. docks in less than a day and even finished before the last of the ice melted!
