Today, our team had the opportunity to visit Erie County Technical School to speak with the Welding Class of 2026 about the welding industry, career opportunities, and the important role skilled trades play in manufacturing.

A big thank you to instructor Luke Hammer for welcoming Kane Innovations into the classroom and giving us the chance to connect with the next generation of welders. Some of the students even stepped up to the gun and showed off their skills firsthand!

At Kane Innovations, continuing education and workforce development are extremely important to us. Welding is one of the most essential parts of our production process, and we’re proud to support and encourage the future of the trade.

We appreciate the opportunity to share our experience, answer questions, and help inspire the next generation of skilled craftsmen and women.
