Another trailer load headed out the door! We just finished up these custom material racks for a local Erie company, and we couldn’t be happier to see the shop this busy. We’re grateful for the work, grateful for our customers, and proud of what our crew continues to turn out. Keep the projects coming—we’re loving it!

Absolutely thrilled with our new-to-us press brake — turns out the secret to shop efficiency was just more tons of pressure. Who knew? Now we get things done right in-house instead of outsourcing as much!

Happy Birthday to the boss of this operation at Eliason Fabrication. This guy keeps the shop running smoothly, keeps everyone moving in the right direction, and somehow manages to put up with all of us every day. We appreciate everything you do around the shop and all the hard work that keeps things rolling. Hope you have a great birthday and get at least one day without someone asking where a tool disappeared to.

With a heads-up from a repeat customer that their new machine was arriving within a few days and needed custom sized safety barriers to be operational, we got right to it. With some extra help and a late night at the fab shop, we pushed ahead and delivered well beyond expectations. Great job team!!

Big thanks to Ray at Bliley Excavating & Hauling for stepping up on a rush job here at Eliason Fabrication. They helped us expand our storage and parking area in a hurry—and made it look easy (we know it wasn’t).

This upgrade is going to make a huge difference for our new fabrication location. We appreciate the hard work and look forward to working together again—preferably with a little more notice next time 😄

This project is one we just wrapped up, getting the legs and bracing test-fitted and dialed in. Started out a little cold in the morning, but by the time we got rolling, it warmed up into a pretty decent day to get it done.

Big projects need big space… and thankfully, the new shop finally delivered 😅

From raw steel to this monster sitting on the trailer, it’s a good reminder that a little more square footage goes a long way… especially when the projects keep getting bigger and our ideas keep getting worse.

Shoutout to the crew for making it happen — even the guy who supervised most of it from his nap 😴

We’re still shifting some things around and getting tools moved into their new homes, but production hasn’t skipped a beat. As you can see in the pics, we’re still cutting, fitting, and burning wire. A little organized chaos never slowed us down.

Big changes are coming—and yes, it finally happened… we’ve outgrown the shop. As we keep building bigger and better things, we’re getting ready to move very soon to a new space that’s not far away at all. We’re not letting the cat completely out of the bag for now, but rest assured it’s happening fast. We will keep you updated when the move is complete !! Huge thanks to our customers for the continued support—this move wouldn’t be possible without you. Onward and upward (and with a little more elbow room).
