When the idea becomes a reality:

This is an idea I came up with for collet organization. This one holds the ER20, and I have a working ER32 design. Soon to come are the ER16 and ER11.

Still working out the kinks in carbon fiber-nylon filament, but it’s not going too bad!

Let me know how you think I could improve this!

(I know, I know, this isn’t chips OR crashes. Just showing some organization methods for what makes chips and crashes😁)

Golly… 13 inches? 😬 We’re only removing .005” per side. Yes, the stop is a collet post. No, we didn’t use a tail stock.
