Roadway incidents remain the leading cause of work related deaths. In 2024, 1,146 workers lost their lives, and more than 76,000 serious workplace injuries were reported due to roadway incidents.

Understanding the risks and taking safety seriously behind the wheel can help protect lives both on and off the job. Every trip matters. Every worker matters.

This month we will be sharing safety reminders, resources, and ways we can all continue building a stronger safety culture.

Full circle moments are *truly* the best ones.

When one of our own MCTI graduates approached us about creating a scholarship for the "Diesel Mechanic Program", the answer came pretty quickly: absolutely.

Investing in future talent is investing in the future of our industry. By supporting the next generation isn't just something we want to talk about; it is something we want to actively invest in.

With that being said, last week Noah, Nate, & Brian had the opportunity to present this year's scholarship and support the next wave of skilled trades professionals.

Congratulations to the scholarship recipient and the entire graduating MCTI class of 2026. Your future is just getting started.
