Congratulations to Hubbard-Hall in Waterbury, CT on their new 2027 Western Star 47X. It features a Detroit DD13 engine with 525hp and 1,850 lb-ft of torque, a Detroit DT12V transmission, a Detroit 13,300 lb steer axle, and Meritor 40,000 full lockers rear axle. Thank you to Alliance Parts Used Truck Center for installing the Thermaflow PTO system to operate tanker trailers. 👊 🏃 🚛

The Town of Bridgewater, Connecticut has a new work truck! This 2026 47X features: a Cummins L9 with 370 hp and 1,250 lb-ft of torque, an Allison 3000RDS transmission, Detroit 20,000 lb front axle, and Meritor 30,000 lb rear axle on Chalmers suspension. The upfitting by Equipment Specialists includes: a Tenco all-season Hardox body with stainless corner posts, a Force America 5100EX spreader controls with ground speed, Del air controls, Whelen light package, Roll Rite ALC hydro tarp system, and an Everest plow.
