As October comes to a close, so does another Employee Ownership Month!
This year was especially meaningful for HRTLND Companies as we celebrated FIVE YEARS of being an employee-owned company!
Since becoming employee-owned in October 2021, we’ve continued building something bigger than any one of us. Employee ownership has helped shape our culture, strengthen our commitment to one another, and create opportunities for the future.
But what makes HRTLND special isn’t just our ownership structure. It’s our PEOPLE. From our offices to our jobsites across Iowa, every member of our team plays an important role in our success.
