This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Their courage and dedication gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day, and we are deeply grateful for those who served and continue to serve.

As you spend time with family and friends this weekend, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day.

If you follow our posts, you already know we love a good game of BINGO around here 🎉

When we discovered that the for Cancer Foundation hosts SINGO (think BINGO, but with all the best songs instead of numbers 🎶), we knew it would be the perfect fit for our team!

Supporting a local non-profit while having an absolute blast together? That’s a win-win in our book 💛

The music had us dancing in our seats, singing along, and fully embracing the moment. There may have even been a solo performances 👀 Not sure we’re ready to quit our day jobs just yet… but hey, never say never! Maybe a company Christmas album is in our future! 😂

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Welding and Ag classes from New Ulm Area Catholic Schools for a behind-the-scenes look at what we do. It’s always a rewarding experience to connect with students who are exploring their future paths, especially in skilled trades that play such a vital role in our industry.

Students had the chance to see firsthand how our team applies craftsmanship, precision, and innovation in everyday work.

We’re proud to invest time in sharing our knowledge and experience, because these students truly are the next generation of builders, problem-solvers, and leaders. Moments like this remind us that shaping the future isn’t just about the work we do today—but also about inspiring those who will carry it forward tomorrow.

Ryan and John represented G & S Manufacturing, LLC at this year’s New Ulm Area Career Expo at the Civic Center, where around 760 local students attended.

They had a great time chatting with students and were impressed by all the great questions and interest in manufacturing careers. It was a fun and inspiring day seeing so much curiosity about the future!

We love seeing our work come to life—especially when it’s right here in our own backyard 👀🏡

A big thank you to Schaefer Contracting LLC for tagging us in their recent post from the Schell’s Brewery job site 🍻. Their team assisted with the installation of the support steel for two process condensers, along with the service stair and walkway with handrail that we fabricated 🔩🏗️

Most of our projects ship out of state, so we don’t always get the chance to see the final install. That’s why opportunities like this—working alongside local partners and witnessing our team’s craftsmanship firsthand—mean a lot to us 🙌

Great work by everyone involved! 💪
