We had a great time welcoming the students of River Bend Education District for a tour of our shop!

Even though we know not everyone in the group is interested in welding, it’s always fun to see their reactions, hear their questions, and share a little about what we do. Their curiosity is contagious!

Today we celebrated Cole's 5-Year Anniversary with G&S Manufacturing, LLC! 🎉

For the past five years, Cole has been a dependable and hardworking member of our team. He has proven himself to be a consistent, solid welder who takes pride in producing quality work. Whether it's volunteering for overtime, loading trucks, showing up for early starts, or stepping in as a Voortman operator when needed, he's always willing to help!

When asked about Cole, his coworkers all shared similar thoughts: he's reliable, easy to work with, stays focused, and always gets the job done. They also appreciate the humor he brings to the shop, making the workday a little more enjoyable for everyone.

It’s always a good day when you receive positive news about the work that our entire team accomplishes, both in the office and on the floor!

One of our customers stopped by and did a vendor review in which we received high marks between four and five out of five for the quality of work that we do!

In another category, we ranked 16 out of 500 of their customers, which is awesome! 😎

We are celebrating with a pizza lunch!

🎉 Celebrating 10 Years with Scott! 🎉
Today, we're celebrating Scott's 10-year anniversary at G&S Manufacturing!

Since joining us in 2016, Scott has been a dependable, steady presence on our shop floor. As the go-to operator for the Ficep and saw, Scott plays an important role in keeping production moving. He's willing to jump in wherever he's needed—whether that's running the lathe, the mill, or helping with another project. His coworkers appreciate that they can always count on him to show up, gets the job done, and takes pride in keeping his work area clean and organized.

Outside of work, Scott's greatest pride is his family. If you've talked with him for more than a few minutes, you've probably heard a story about a family trip, a hunting adventure, or one of his grandkids' latest games or activities.

And here's a fun fact, Scott is also a TV star! He and his dad, Elmer, were featured on American Pickers with their kiddie carnival collection.

Thank you, Scott, for 10 years of dedication, hard work, and commitment to G&S. We appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you as part of our team. Congratulations on this well-earned milestone! 👏🎉

Sixteen days ago, we started this puzzle, tackling it piece by piece during our breaks. Today, we placed the final piece! It was a great team effort from everyone, and it was fun watching it all come together. Great job, team! 🧩👏
