In 1983, Action Supply was established and started selling wiping cloths and hand soap. Over the years the product offerings have evolved to include: spill control products, additional wiping materials, safety products, protective clothing, and facility maintenance items to name a few. Action Supply has three locations. Our headquarters is located in Imperial, Pennsylvania, with warehouse square
feet totaling 35,000. We opened in Ohio in 2003 and have 24,000 square feet of warehouse space at this location. North Carolina opened in 2007 with 50,000 square feet. We are excited with the opportunity to grow in other geographical areas. We work hard to separate ourselves from our competition. For one - we have sales representatives that are knowledgeable and eager to satisfy the needs of your operation. We have ten sales representatives with combined experience totaling well over 200 years! They are available to do site assessments and recommend products that would be a benefit to you. In addition, our sales representatives are available to give our customers specific product training. The personal representation of our sales representatives allows us to be hands on with customers. Customer service is another way we separate ourselves from others. When you call, Action Supply you get a live person - not a recorded voice. We have invested in people that are happy to assist you when you call to place an order or inquire about our product offerings. Placing orders with our company is easy to do. Whether you prefer faxing, emailing, using web order entry or talking to one of our customer service representatives, it is all available to you. We have also invested in a fleet of trucks that deliver locally, Monday through Friday, at all our locations. We ship UPS and motor freight daily.
