We have so many great people on our team, yet we rarely take enough time to tell them the good things they deserve to hear. We almost always notice the extra help they give, the additional hours they put in, and the high quality of their work—but then the week ends. Before you know it, it’s Monday again, and they’re expected to do it all over.
Ken has been a fantastic addition to our team, and it really shows. Others freely give him compliments when he’s not around—and today is one of those days. Not only does “The” FBM East appreciate Ken, but it sure sounds like his peers do too! Great job, Ken!
