What a beautiful day! Thank you all who came out to help me celebrate. I’m truly honored and so grateful for everything. Today was an amazing example of the journey I have been on - from one of my very first clients who I haven’t seen in years attending, to those who only know me from retreats, people who started as students and are now teachers, clients who have kids graduating high school who I’ve known since before they had kids, colleagues who are now friends, my family who has been with me this whole journey - it’s like a kaleidoscope that I’m still wrapping my brain around. ❤️

And special thanks to Pause Cafe and Shine Nutrition PA for the treats as well as my bestie Tara Hughes for the giveaways.

As a 25 year veteran in the Pilates industry, that experience doesn’t mean I excel in every area.

Yes, I feel like I have the knowledge to guide clients, trainees, teachers and retreat attendees in a way that will improve their lives, careers and movement.

But part of being knowledgeable is knowing when someone else knows more.

That’s why I am hosting Christa Gurka - Fitness+Wellness Business Coach for a series of career building workshops for Pilates teachers and studio owners on October 25th. She has the business expertise along with the history of being a teacher & studio owner herself.

It’s virtual, so anyone can participate- and it’s recorded.

Know what you don’t know - and advancing your Pilates career is more than the exercises!

There’s a lot of choice when it comes to online Pilates classes.

What make the WELL in MOTION program different?

Most programs offer either live classes or recorded ones where someone is demonstrating the exercises.

Both can be great!

But what if you can’t make the live classes?

When you follow someone demonstrating you don’t get the same feedback you do in the studio when hearing a teacher respond to what they’re seeing in real time.

How many times has a correction directed to someone else feel like it was meant for you too?

WELL in MOTION aims to fill the gap.

➡️ 6 sessions a month live on Zoom

➡️ All sessions recorded - not with me demoing, but you hearing the feedback, shifts, and adjustments I make in real time to the bodies that are moving - making it feel like you are in the class.

➡️ Access to the full library of recorded classes - foundational, specialty & intermediate/advanced, plus a quarterly workshop too!

Curious? Check out our link in bio.

* the monthly class schedule changes - I’m happy to tell you what’s coming up - just DM me!
