Today, JGM celebrates 25 years of mission-critical industrial construction.
In 2001, our founder and CEO Joe Messner, Jr started JGM at 19 years old with a simple belief: when the work matters most, you deliver. Twenty-five years later, that belief still drives every project we take on, in the field, in our shops and in our offices.
None of it would be possible without the people whoโve built this company alongside us:
Our team of 250+ craftsmen, craftswomen, and professionals across the country, who show up every day and turn โit canโt be doneโ into โdone.โ
Our customers, who trust us with work where failure is not an option.
Our partners, suppliers, families, and communities, who have stood with us every step of the way.
Thank you. This milestone belongs to all of you.
And weโre just getting started. With a record-breaking year upon us and strong momentum heading into 2027, weโre investing in our peopleโs safety, their skills and their futures, and building the foundation for the next 25 years.
From October 21 through October 30, weโre taking the celebration on the road to every JGM field construction site, shop, and office. Follow along here as we share the journey.
Hereโs to the next 25.
