Join Enprotech, LLC. in celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month!

This month is dedicated to honoring the , history, and contributions of Hispanic Americans, past and present, who inspire us all.

The roots of National Hispanic Heritage Month date back to 1968, when then-President Lyndon Johnson designated the week that included September 15th and 16th as Hispanic Heritage Week. Those two dates are meaningful as national Independence Days for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Mexico, respectively. In 1988, the U.S. Congress expanded the week to a month-long commemoration.

Throughout this month, we will recognize our Hispanic/Latinx team contributions. Across the organization, Hispanic and Latinx Covetrians bring cultural richness and unique perspectives to Enprotech, LLC.

Our engineers, designers, estimators, and customer service team designs, innovates, and maximizes throughput productivity for our customers.

We especially would like to recognize our Skilled Trades professionals. Enprotech's Skilled Trades: machinists, welders, assemblers, mechanics, supervisors and production teams do whatever it takes to make sure our customers machienry and equipment stay in motion 24/7!

So proud of our Enprotech, LLC. Corporate Challenge participants. This team crushed it this year in many events and had a great time throughout the competition. Great teamwork!

The best part is that this group earned money to donate to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to fight cancer.

Can't wait for to see what this group does next year!

Enprotech's La Porte, Indiana team recently celebrated 500 days without an accident at the facility.

Our top Culture and Value is Safety. "We maintain a Safe work environment because we care about each other."

This is an incredible milestone as we all continue to actively commit to the safety of all team members and visitors. Safety first, always!

To celebrate our 500 days without an accident, the Indiana team had a catered lunch, t-shirt give away, played a few games, and won fun prizes.

Enprotech, LLC. wanted to take a moment and thank Steve Sipes for taking time to teach the next generation of Skilled Trades people at the Forge the Future Summer Camp at Cuyahoga Community College this week.

Steve leads Enprotech's Advanced Engineering team. The combined engineering expertise on that team is measured in multiple decades. They are our go-to leaders for the most challenging machinery, equipment, and technology modernization projects.

Steve took time to teach a group of Cleveland teenagers about the complexity of industrial manufacturing presses and how Enprotech supports some of the largest manufactures in North America, keeping their machinery in motion!

Thank you Forging Industry Association for the opportunity to work with these kids.
