We are wrapping up our last porch job for this season. This one was in Westminster Park and we had some challenges getting to the top to install the track as it was 12’ up on one side. We have just the door panel to install but the door trim hasn’t gone on yet.

Special thanks to Lance Peterson, Jr at LP Builders for accommodating us during the siding project as we were all scrambling to get work done during the beautiful Indian summer weather this week!

Porch enclosure season jobs 2 & 3 done! One more big one in Westminster Park to complete. Thankful for decent weather in October!

We finished and installed the new forward enclosure on the Tiara 3100 project today. Went from a traditional frame to attaching to the radar arch. Completely enclosed in the front now and looks so much bigger!

Current project is a 1988 Tiara 3100 Express. New frame and convertible top to radar arch.

It’s porch enclosure season and I am finishing up the first one this week. Eisenglass and TopGun fabric will protect this screen room from damaging wind, rain and snow while allowing the owners to extend the season! Door piece is going on tomorrow to complete the job.

I’m installed AquaMats by Corinthian Marine on this new Pursuit DC266 today! These beautiful Pursuit boats are available at Summerland Yacht Sales!

Here’s a photo of the cockpit cover we did on the Formula 280 a couple weeks ago.

Installed new AquaMats by Corinthian Marine on this Tahoe 190 yesterday. Teak II Slate.

My first project of the week was a mooring cover for this 2024 Tahoe 18. The boat never had a cover so I had to layout and drill around the perimeter for screw studs to hold the cover on. Then a pattern was made. This cover includes 6 cutouts for the cleats.

A new week brings another Formula project. This one’s a 2005 Formula 280SS. We are patterning for a Bimini enclosure with aft slope canvas with a window. A bit windy so parts of the pattern kept falling off, lol. We worked it out!
