Back on track at Can-Am Speedway Karts last night. I had planned on making a return to racing two weeks ago while the kids were gone to Disney World, but that was a rainout so I ended up running a doubleheader with both kids. Six heats & features later, I’m beat. Now I remember why I got out of the drivers seat! Overall we did well, made improvements all night and got the karts handling well, but our results weren’t what we wanted. Allie finished 3rd twice, cale finished 6th twice, and I finished 4th and 5th in our features. Meanwhile we’re sending out lead orders left and right.
