A behind-the-scenes look at air testing during our pump repair process!

Following yesterday's post highlighting the eight ARO pump repairs completed by our service team, we're giving you a closer look at the air testing process.

These ARO Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps use compressed air to operate. During testing, our technicians connect an air supply to verify that the diaphragms actuate properly and check for any air leaks.

It's an important step in verifying proper operation before the pumps are returned to the customer!

ARO diaphragm pumps repaired and ready to get back to work!

Our service team recently wrapped up a repair project involving eight ARO diaphragm pumps for a customer in the chemical manufacturing industry, with the final two pumps shipping out yesterday!

Each pump underwent a thorough evaluation, replacement of worn components, air testing, and a fresh coat of paint to complete the repair process.

From the condition they arrived in to the finished results, these before and afters speak for themselves!

From evaluation to final touches in the paint booth!

Our service team in Chattanooga completed a repair on this Tusk Industrial Dean RA pump used in a thermal fluid application on an industrial equipment manufacturer's heater.

Following an initial evaluation, our team installed a repair kit to get this pump back into working condition.

Take a look at the before and after as this pump gets its final coat of paint before heading back to the customer!

A great day with the team at Thomas Pump & Machinery!

Two weeks ago, members of our team had the opportunity to attend Thomas Pump & Machinery's WEFTEC Open House & Lunch and Learn at their facility in Slidell, Louisiana!

From touring the facility and getting a closer look at their high-pressure pumping solutions to hands-on demonstrations, technical discussions, and some great Louisiana food, it was a day well spent!

As a newly authorized distributor, we're excited to continue building our relationship with them and bringing their pumping solutions to our customers.

A big thank you to the Thomas Pump team for their hospitality and for putting together such a great event!

When time is critical, our service team gets to work!

This NASH liquid ring vacuum pump arrived at our Kingsport service facility already disassembled and in need of a rush repair.

Our technicians took on the challenge, replacing the centering cones, performing precision machining, and shimming components to achieve the proper tolerances for reassembly. With the customer needing the equipment back as quickly as possible, our team prioritized the mechanical repairs and reassembly, leaving cosmetic refinishing aside to meet the customer's urgent timeline.

At HAGLER Process, we understand the importance of minimizing downtime and delivering reliable repairs when our customers need them most.

Celebrating our people is one of our favorite things to do! 🎉

Friday called for a little extra fun at HAGLER Process as we celebrated Katie’s birthday and Daniel’s upcoming wedding!
We took a break from the usual workday for lunch from Tremont Tavern, an ice cream bar, some competitive games, and plenty of laughs. 🍦

We’re grateful for the people who make up our team, and we love getting the chance to celebrate the exciting moments happening in their lives, both in and outside of work.

Celebrating 5 years with Reid Solomon! 🥳

Reid joined HAGLER Process in 2021 and has been an important part of our team ever since. As an Application Engineer, he brings technical knowledge, problem solving, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support our customers and team.

Over the past five years, Reid has grown right alongside HAGLER Process, and we’re grateful for everything he has contributed along the way. If you know Reid, you know there’s plenty of personality behind the engineering, too! Whether he’s cracking a joke around the office, bringing some friendly competition to the mini basketball hoop, or blessin us with some random trivia facts, Reid keeps us laughing and makes the workday a little more fun.

Our Kingsport team recently completed a full repair on this Sulzer axial flow elbow pump assembly used for pumping brine at a salt manufacturing facility. Following the repair, our field service team returned the pump to the site, completed installation, and performed precision alignment to get the assembly ready for service.🔧
