We’re excited to officially kick off our 2026 Global Internship Program!

This week, our U.S. interns completed their first week at Isola, where they were welcomed to the impactful projects they’ll be supporting this summer. Some of our global interns, including interns in Singapore and Taiwan, began their internship journeys earlier this year. We’re looking forward to sharing more about our global intern cohort in the coming weeks and highlighting the experiences, connections, and contributions taking place across our regions.

One of the highlights of the week was the opportunity for our interns to participate in a President & CEO Roundtable, where they connected directly with company leadership to learn more about Isola and their leadership journeys.

Throughout the program, our interns will gain hands-on experience by:

- Working on real business challenges
- Collaborating with teams across the organization
- Participating in professional development and leadership learning opportunities
- Building technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Presenting their final projects and recommendations to company leadership

We’re proud to invest in the next generation of talent and provide opportunities for students to learn, grow, and contribute in meaningful ways.

Celebrating the amazing mothers and mother figures across our global Isola team this Mother’s Day!

From Suzhou, China, where team members created beautiful handmade fans, to Ridgeway, South Carolina, where our Innovators organized a special potluck alongside thoughtful gifts, to Chandler, Arizona, where chocolates, succulents, and a DIY card station added a personal touch to the celebration - each location found meaningful ways to recognize and celebrate the women who make a difference every day.

At Isola, sustainability is a measurable, accountable part of how we operate.

Since launching our formal greenhouse gas (GHG) tracking program in 2024, we’ve made meaningful progress:
- We are on track to achieve our emissions reduction target by 2030 (which is a 42% reduction from our 2021 baseline)
- ~25% progress already achieved (as of end of 2025)
- Independently audited emissions data (ISO 14064-3 aligned)

Our approach combines data-driven insights, operational efficiency improvements, and a transition toward cleaner energy sources across our global footprint.

This is just the beginning. We’re continuing to build on this foundation as we work toward long-term emissions reduction and a more sustainable future for our industry.

We were proud to host a group of students from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Arizona State University Polytechnic campus, at our Chandler facility today.

One of the most meaningful parts of days like this is seeing the full circle of growth. Our own team member, Caden, who started with us as an intern last year and is now a Manufacturing Process Engineer, helped support the visit and connect with students throughout the tour.

At Isola, we believe in creating opportunities, sharing knowledge, and building strong connections with the next generation of talent. Today was a great reminder of the impact those efforts can have.

Our Ridgeway team was proud to take part in the Fairfield Behavioral Health Services 26th Annual “Run for Recovery” 5K this past weekend.

This impactful event raises awareness about the dangers and negative effects of alcohol abuse and underage drinking, while supporting prevention and recovery efforts within the community.

We’re grateful to our team members who represented Isola with enthusiasm and purpose, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to supporting the well-being of the communities where we live and work.

Today we wrapped up our March Madness Free Throw Competition across our Ridgeway and Chandler sites, bringing together great competition, team spirit, and a lot of fun along the way!

To celebrate, our teams came together for cookouts featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, and time to connect outside of the day-to-day. It was a great way to recognize everyone who participated and helped make the event a success.

Congratulations to our winners for their standout performances, and thank you to everyone who joined in and supported one another throughout the competition!

We recently launched our Leadership Development Program in North America, bringing together leaders from across our organization to align on strategy, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive ex*****on.

Over two days, participants engaged in:
- A live session with our CEO, setting direction and expectations
- Leadership storytelling from senior leaders, sharing real experiences and lessons learned
- Collaborative dialogue focused on defining what great leadership looks like within our organization
- Development of site-level Future Statements and Wildly Important Goals (WIGs)
- Action planning to ensure clear, measurable ex*****on

The program was designed to go beyond theory, equipping our leaders with practical tools, shared clarity, and strong alignment to our strategic priorities. We’re proud of the energy and engagement shown throughout the kickoff, and even more excited about the impact these leaders will drive across our business.

This is an important step in strengthening our leadership culture and delivering on our long-term vision.
